Norn what you see in the video is a custom color, a style created by the person who built that building in The Sims 2. Formicium counter by astro-tops design and Marbleplex island counter by astro-tops design are the names of the countertop and island counter but I am not able to find them for The Sims 4 😭

and the bar's name is The Oasis ☺️
