Wohnhaus, 22.224 Simoleons, 3x2 Grundstueck.
Benoetigt nur das Sims 2 GRUNDSPIEL, enthaelt keine Hacks.

Für die Maxis-Recolors empfehle ich den CEP im Downloads Ordner zu installieren damit sie im Spiel erscheinen.
Da einige Sachen nicht mit beim Haus gepackt werden, habe ich diese (hoffentlich alle) extra hinzugefügt ;o)

I recommend to install the CEP in your Downloads folder so that the recolors will show up in your game.
As some objects are not packed in the house I have added them (hopefully all) to the download ;o)
